Here at The Pelvic Model, we are a pelvic-health-only clinic committed to help people overcome pelvic dysfunction and improve their quality of life.
While working at The Pelvic Model, you’ll see a broad spectrum of pelvic dysfunction, ranging from complex pelvic pain, pregnancy and postpartum, urinary dysfunction, bowel dysfunction, and sexual dysfunction. Pelvic health is all we do, and we are true specialists in the field. We treat every patient with intention, expertise, and a whole-body approach.
We’re proud to onboard clinicians starting with our mentorship program. We have built modules on different pelvic health diagnoses, have full-staff weekly meetings, and 1:1 mentoring.
We prioritize people.
This includes patients and our staff.
Our model enables clinicians to feel supported while delivering high-quality care without dictation from insurance companies and rushed appointment times. We pride ourselves on treating using clinical judgement, not administrative pressure. We believe this helps support both patients and clinicians.
Training, support, and clinical growth.
Here is what onboarding looks like:
Training modules
Shadowing and mentorship with experienced clinicians
Weekly staff meetings
Guided instruction on our workflow, communication, and treatment framework
This structured onboarding program is built to support your success as a Pelvic Model clinician.
This is where you come in!
