  • Pelvic Therapy Informed Yoga

    The Pelvic Module: Mini Flow

A 30-minute one-on-one session that gives you targeted movement based on how your body is doing that day. Great for gentle integration between PT visits and easing into The Pelvic Module. We’ll stay in the early phases—length, breath, and light core connection—with optional progression as you're ready.

  • Pelvic Therapy Informed Yoga

    The Pelvic Module: Full Flow

A 60-minute one-on-one session that allows space to go deeper. Still grounded in The Pelvic Module's method, we may stay in early phases or begin progressing movement—depending on your needs. With more time, we can support longer-term goals like building strength, improving mobility, or calming your system.

  • Pelvic Therapy Group Yoga Highland Park, Los Angeles

    Group Yoga

A small-group class rooted in pelvic awareness, core connection, and gentle breath-led movement. No yoga experience or flexibility needed. Many use this as a way to continue their healing in a consistent and welcoming group setting.

Who This Is For

You don’t need to be flexible, experienced, or symptom-free to benefit from movement here. Our yoga and movement sessions are especially helpful when you are navigating symptoms — and they work beautifully as an adjunct to pelvic therapy or as a gentle starting point for care.

  • You’re dealing with pelvic pain, tension, or discomfort that’s made traditional yoga or exercise feel off-limits or difficult

  • You’re healing after birth—vaginal or C-section—and want gentle support as you reconnect with your core and pelvic floor

  • You’re managing symptoms like leaking, prolapse, or deep core weakness and want to move without fear

  • You’re just feeling off in your body and want a safe place to get back into it

  • Pelvic Informed Yoga Testimonial

My mini flow was just what I was hoping it would be and then some. As someone who has been dealing with chronic pelvic pain since my late teens (almost 20 years now!), starting PT with The Pelvic Model generally has been something of a revelation.

After my PT session, we did a beautiful 30 minute practice in the sun on the turf outside. The demeanor was great, which is important for a private session. Laid back and friendly but highly professional.

The flow was thoughtfully designed and responsive to my situation. I appreciated that my chart had been reviewed and there was communication about what I’m working on in advance. I received some subtle, effective, and thoughtful adjustments (after checking if that would be OK with me).

Combining the yoga session with my ongoing PT was also informative for me: Physically connecting some of my PT work, breathing exercises, and stretches with a broader range of full body poses and movements helped me feel more attuned to those connections mentally/proprioceptively as well.

I'm grateful to have had this experience and would love to do it again. Overall, my mini session was one of feeling seen, supported, and connected—what healing should be like! Highly recommend!

I did a private yoga session with The Pelvic Model for an introductory full flow and it was great. They were positive, patient, and made me feel comfortable.

The active assists throughout the session gave me a glimpse into how much more my body can do. The yogi was also really helpful in answering questions along the way to clarify things I wouldn't have otherwise had an opportunity to ask in group classes.

Definitely recommend doing a private session.
